The Hinatuan River in Barangay Talisay, Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur is one of the most-visited tourist spots in Surigao del Sur. The river, with its fresh, crystal clear water, is a favorite haunt of free-hand divers and snorkeling enthusiasts. Due to its unparalleled beauty, and a few inexplicable mysteries surrounding its beauty and nature, it is popularly known today as the Enchanted River of Surigao del Sur.
